Why have a relationship with God?

Many people look at Christianity as just a religion, but it is more than that. It is having a relationship with our creator. This may be a new concept for some but it is one that has changed my life entirely. So why have a relationship with the creator of the universe? Because the God who created the galaxies and planets also created you. He is a God of great detail. Psalms 147:4 "He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name." This God formed you in your mothers womb at His exact timing. He had your name on His lips when He was hung on the cross. And still today He desires to be close to you.... if you'll let Him. To deny His love for you is to deny the truest most purest love of your life.
